Estimated Shipping Times for physical products offered by Lumina Hive:

Your Lumina Hive purchase ships with a purpose. We have thoughtfully chosen to use standard shipping to honor our commitment to the planet. This mindful choice allows us to consolidate shipments and significantly offset our carbon footprint, ensuring that your package arrives not just with care but with a positive impact.

  • USA: across the United States in 5 – 10 business days.
  • Canada & Rest of the world: 15 – 45 business days.

 

Although we strive for accuracy in our delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee carrier timelines. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days post-shipment.

Delays beyond our control may occur, and we are unable to offer refunds due to carrier delays, lost in transit, or stolen packages.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 10 – 15 business days.

Our shipping partners, including the US Postal Service, UPS, DHL, and FedEx (and their affiliates), ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently.

We reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method at no additional cost to you, ensuring your order is not delayed.

It’s important to note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please Note:

  • Allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing and shipping preparation.
  • Kindly remember, the day you place your order is considered day 0, with the following business day marking the beginning of the service level agreement (SLA) period.
  • The hive gets extra busy during the holiday season, so processing and shipping times may extend to 2-5 business days.
  • Starting November 15th, we enter our busy holiday season; during this period, production & processing times may extend beyond the standard timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
